Conditions for a valid return:

  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective.

How to request a return:

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

2. Inspection & Approval

Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility. You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your return and refund.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Partial refunds:

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories

  • Damage due to improper handling by the customer

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

5. International Orders (Including the UK)

For orders shipped outside your country of residence, including to the United Kingdom:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defective item sent by OAK & IRON.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT paid upon delivery are non-refundable.

  • If a delivery is refused and the package is returned to us, only the product value will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping and return.
